You will need to select one of the voucher options below. Vouchers can be purchased online in various dollar value amounts and or specicically selected treatment value amounts.
Complete the required form and once payment has been processed online you can immediately receive a voucher.
Voucher Conditions:
- Vouchers may be used in full or part payments towards your treatment.
- Gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking via through the cliniko online bookings system (notes section).
- All vouchers valid for 6 months from date of issue, which is shown in the voucher. Expired vouchers will not be honoured.
- Vouchers are not valid for Active Remedial Massage WA special deals.
- The QR code (Quick Response Code) on the voucher can be scanned for validation and redemption once the recipient is within the clinic at the time of their appointment.
- If a gift voucher cannot be produced at the time of an appointment, another method of payment will be required.
- Online bookings are for 1 PERSON ONLY.
